The STERLING WAY
Our goal is to enhance our resident’s experience of later living!
The Sterling, Kaiapoi retirement village will be located in the heart of the thriving Silverstream community in Kaiapoi. Supported by international research and world-class design, we are providing a new experience in retirement!
We have spent time considering the needs and wants of New Zealand’s ageing population. We know that older people today are embracing life, today’s 70 is yesterday’s 50!
Continuing to engage meaningfully is something people in their later years value highly. Live your life your way at The Sterling, Kaiapoi.

Later living shouldn’t mean isolation. At The Sterling our focus is as much on the community coming in, as it is on residents going out.
