One of the things we like about The Sterling, Kaiapoi is that there’s no fence around it. Most retirement villages have got a great big wall around them. The Sterling, Kaiapoi isn’t like that. The village is still growing, but already there’s a group of us that’s becoming good friends. It’s a real community. We’re absolutely delighted with the place… It’s a good life.
