Do I have to pre-register or RSVP to the Open Day at The Sterling, Kaiapoi?
No, you don’t! You’re invited to just turn up at a time that suits you, on the day. Once you arrive, we’ll ask you to register on site.
When Should I Arrive at The Sterling, Kaiapoi Open Day?
The open day at The Sterling, Kaiapoi retirement village runs between 10am and 2pm on Saturday, November 2nd. You can turn up any time between those hours, but we recommend getting there by at least 1pm to give yourself plenty of time to explore before things wrap up at 2pm.
Can I bring family or friends?
Absolutely! Family is so important to us here at The Sterling, Kaiapoi, and we know family members and close friends are an essential part of your retirement village decision making. So bring your children, your grandchildren, your sister, your friend… anyone who you would like to share the experience with.
What will be happening on the day?
There’s so much happening on the day! Start at our registration tent where you’ll meet some of our team and can register and be in to win some lovely prizes. Then it’s up to you – pop into the clubhouse to get a feel for what’s on offer at the village; grab a coffee and a sausage off the BBQ; jump on the shuttle (leaving every 15 minutes) for a guided tour which will take you to the showhome; visit our open homes to see our various available villa design; or settle in to hear our wonderful residents speaking about their life at The Sterling, Kaiapoi. You can chat to our friendly team, have a one-to-one with some residents, or go for a wander to get a feel for what life is like at The Sterling, Kaiapoi.
If I love what I see at the Open Day can I come back for another visit?
Absolutely! You’ll meet our amazing sales team – Michelle and Mel – at the Open Day. Just give them a call on 0508 783 754 or email them at [email protected] to tee up your own visit at a time that suits you. They can also answer any questions you might have after the Open Day.
What if it turns out I don’t like The Sterling, Kaiapoi retirement village?
That’s ok! Finding the right village for you and your lifestyle is the key to retirement living and it’s a process of elimination. We understand that our village may not suit you – but you won’t know until you visit!
