Following the Government’s announcement this week, on Friday 3 December Christchurch will be entering in the ORANGE category of the Traffic Light COVID-19 Protection Framework. This means we will be introducing new restrictions in line with the Government’s guidelines for vaccinated and non-vaccinated people.
We are now requiring all visits to the Sales Office to be by appointment only. This way we can ensure the office has been sanitised prior.
Visitors will be required to scan the NZCOVIDTracer app and show their My Vaccine Pass and we are continuing to require visitors to wear a mask for the duration of visits.
Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 as listed below.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
My Vaccine Pass
Vaccine passes can be downloaded by going to www.mycovidrecord.health.nz and requesting the pass to be emailed to you. You can then save this pass to your phone or computer or you can print out a physical copy.
Alternatively, you can call 0800 222 478 to request that your ‘My Vaccine Pass’ is mailed out to you. If you do not know your National Health Index (NHI) number, you will be asked a few questions to confirm your identity, such as your name and date of birth. You can also find your NHI number on any prescriptions or by calling your General Practitioner.
A reminder of the COVID-19 symptoms:

- Sore throat
- Shortness of breath
Less common symptoms of COVID-19 may include diarrhoea, headache, muscle aches, nausea, vomiting, malaise, chest pain, abdominal pain, joint pain or confusion/irritability. These almost always occur with one or more of the common symptoms.
