Villas
Our independent living villas are designed to make life easy. Single-level, warm, and low-maintenance, they give you the space and comfort to enjoy your day-to-day living without the hassle.
Each villa includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open-plan living, an internal laundry and a single garage with internal access. There’s also a lovely outdoor area, perfect for a cuppa in the sun or time with family and friends.
With smart entry, emergency monitoring and MyLumin (our communication portal) keeping you connected, you can feel safe and supported while still enjoying your independence.
Townhouses
Our independent living townhouses offer a great mix of privacy and connection. With one, two, or three-bedroom options, there’s something to suit every lifestyle. Many include a private garage*, and every home is designed for easy, low-maintenance living.
Ground floor homes have patios and gardens, while upper-level homes include lift access and balconies – some with beautiful mountain views.
You’ve got your own space to retreat to, but you’re never far from what’s happening – whether that’s coffee with neighbours, a swim at the pool, or an activity in the village.
