Alan Edwards
CHAIRMAN & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A passionate advocate for older people, Alan has spent almost quarter of a century in leadership roles across the retirement and aged care industries. In that time, he has developed a driving desire to see older people retain their voices and independence, and to protect their right to live the best life they choose.
Now an investor and advisor in the retirement village space, Alan continues to provide strategic advice, direction, and guidance to The Sterling, Kaiapoi and within the greater retirement village industry.
Jack Lin
DIRECTOR
Since graduating with an urban planning degree from the University of New South Wales, Jack has worked throughout Australia, China, and New Zealand on residential and mixed-use commercial developments in both the public and private sectors. Based in Christchurch since 2016 managing the successful and thriving Silverstream subdivision in Kaiapoi.
The partners in Lime Living are each uniquely placed to create the synergistic team required to establish an outstanding village; rich in experience in retirement and aged care, property development and importantly, access to capital.
